Do you take reservations?

No, we do not take reservations. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, we have a large building that accommodates 200 people. We have long community tables perfect for large groups. For private or semi-private parties please contact [email protected]

Are you open on holidays?

Celebrate with us! We are open most holidays, however, we are closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Do you have vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options?

Yes! We welcome all dietary restrictions and preferences at our establishment. Our online menu specifies options for these individuals.

Do you prepare gluten free items in separate containers?

Do you have a separate gluten-free fryer? We store our gluten-free rolls in sealed packaging. We do not have a separate fryer for gluten-free items. All food is prepared in the same environment so cross-contamination is possible. We are careful not to expose gluten-free products, however, there is no guarantee and we always encourage individuals to be their own advocates in ensuring their health and safety.

Can you accommodate large groups? Do you have a private room?

Yes we can accommodate large parties, we have long community tables, as well as booths, coffee tables, and more to welcome any size party. We have different rooms throughout our building that can be sectioned off for semi-private/private events. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Do you have a kids menu?

We don’t have a specific “kids” menu, however, we certainly have kid-friendly options including pizza, pretzels, fried chicken, burgers, and more. We absolutely are willing to modify menu items to meet the needs of our younger guests!

Are you kid friendly?

We welcome kids! We have games and delicious food that cater to the needs of kids. However, we ask that parents keep a close eye on their children . We have a large building and require that kids are accompanied by their parents at all times.

Are you pet friendly?

We have areas in our building where we are pet is friendly, including our lobby that has seating available and our patio. We have water and a secret “Walt-a-ccino” available for our furry friends, just ask!

How much advance notice to you need to make large takeout orders?

We have an efficient team that provide stellar wait times for food orders. Here are the wait times we have for our menu items. Detroit Style Pizza: 30 minutes // Sandwiches & Wings: 15 minutes For large orders we ask that you give us at least an hour notice.

Are you handicap accessible? To wheelchairs too?

Yes, we are handicap and wheelchair friendly! We have an elevator that supports patrons in getting up to our cafe and beer hall, as well as a ramped entrance from the parking lot that gives access to our taproom and lounge.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! Our establishment is attached to a parking lot where you can pay to park. There also is FREE parking at the city center which is located at 522 Broadway Entrance, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, a half block north of our entrance. Note we do NOT own the lot attached to our building and our not responsible for any tickets or towing.

Can we bring our own food or drink items?

No, we do not allow any outside food or alcohol in our building, that is strictly prohibited.
